In the early days, she worked for the travel company Lunn Poly, where staff were famously nicknamed “Lunn Poly Dollies.” Those years gave her invaluable experience in customer service, problem-solving, and the fast-moving world of travel booking.


Today, with Travel Counsellors, Jennifer combines that expertise with the independence and flexibility of running her own franchise. It means her clients get the best of both worlds: the care of a small business with the backing of a global brand.
