Why I Decided to Start My Health Journey
I’ve always believed that there is no competition - only collaboration. I’ve always believed that we grow stronger when we support each other, when we share our stories, and when we invest in long-lasting foundations.
But I realised something important:
My health wasn’t getting the same level of attention my businesses were.
I wasn’t unwell.
I wasn’t struggling.
But I wasn’t performing at the level I could be - and I knew it.
Business owners, founders, leaders… we’re hard-working people. We burn energy, we multitask, we solve problems, we make thousands of decisions every single week. That requires clarity, stamina, focus, resilience, and balance.
And that’s when I started learning more about how health fuels business performance.
I wanted more energy.
More balance.
Better sleep.
More clarity.
More focus.
And the ability to keep up with my goals, my family, my baby Aira, and my growing community - without feeling depleted.
